The atmosphere and was pretty relaxed. They explained the company and family values which seemed genuine and were passionate about. Beginning of the interview was pretty standard. Then we ran through scenarios and expectations of the position. They explained their current recruitment methods and how this role has been created to keep up with the growth. I was asked about my relationships with universities, what I look for in a potential candidate, and what my ideal role would be. By the end of it, it was more of a dialogue which I appreciated. They offered me the position about 3 days later, but I declined due to another offer closer to home.
