The process took about three weeks. After applying I was contacted over the phone by HR who went over my resume with me and set up a time to meet with the IT director in a video interview over WebEx. During the video interview I was asked about my previous experience in school and at other organizations. After that interview I was contacted by HR once again to set up an in-person interview. At the in-person session I had a short technical interview, then had short interviews with a couple other managers asking the standard non-technical interview questions. I was also shown around the building. I was contacted with an offer the next day.
