The application process started off with four initial tasks, ranging from creating a LinkedIn profile to submitting a video evidencing a new skill you've learned. This was then followed by an assessment day in the office with other applicants, and then after this was the task of presenting to a panel of Executives. The final stage was an interview with a HR representative and the Director of Technology & Transformation.
Overall, the process had many stages and took place in a time frame of roughly 3 months. The assessment methods used were different from the 'traditional' approach, which made each stage interactive and engaging.
