I was contacted by an in-house recruiter. The recruiter was very disorganized and was constantly fumbling through her paperwork and notes. Sounded like she was on a cell and I could barely hear throughout. She asked two cookie cutter interview questions and I'm pretty sure she didn't hear much of my responses because she was repeating the same questions asking for clarification. I was told she would setting up an interview with the hiring manager but I never heard back. Over a month later my candidate portal says my application is still in process. Pay was also much less than advertised.
