I have never planned or thought I will add a review for the company or process but this one I have to for the reasons mentioned: - I was approached by the recruiter from the company for the Architect role. It was a smooth process. Detailed briefing by Neha , detailed information on email, very smooth process management - There was a delay in feedback but for the first time, I have heard from HR proactively that the process will take time - does that happen for real - when I got a call for the interview some of my family was not well and down with covid. To my surprise, I was asked not to appear for an interview as for obvious reasons I was stressed - and after 10 days when things normalized interview was scheduled Though I could not make it in the first round, the interaction I had with people in the company is worth mentioning. This set a benchmark in my 13 years of career.
