I applied online. The process took 3-4 weeks. I had two telephonic interviews, and one onsite interview. First one was HR phone screen, letting me know more about Micron and ask me questions on resume. Second one was technical phone interview with three managers. They let me know more about what I will be responsible for this position, and ask me about my previous experience. Then the recruiter told me that they will bring me on-site on the same day of second round interview. The last round on-site interview would be a panel interview It's 3 rounds with 2 managers each round. Mostly, they asked me about my experience and let me know about how this job works, mostly same as the second round technical phone interview.
