I probably had the worst interview experience with this company. They HR calls and talk very nicely and sets up time for the next interview with the Director and 2 senior level employees. This was a phone interview. Then after rescheduling multiple times, sets up a face to face. I go and wait at the office for almost 30 mins over the start time for someone to even recieve me at the reception. The senior manager comes and doesn;t care to even apologize. That should have been my first clue. They conduct an interview (2 people , one director who already had interviewed me on phone). After this, they schedule a telephonic round with some in Singapore on a national Holiday and i was accomadative enough to talk during my vacation. Then the HR calls and discusses compensation and the next days sets up another face to face interview. This gets cancelled a day before ( i had all my office work rescheduled ) and then she sets up a phone interview . I was still accomodative after 5 rounds of interview and then what happened threw me off compeletly. The HR doesn't get back to me with an answer for the next 3-4 weeks even after me repeatedly sending an email to atleast let me know an answer. That was a basic courtesy. This company definitely doen;t know to treat experienced candidates. Was pathetic. After sending her a final email of disappointment on beavior , she calls to say she was on vacation and training and didnt see my emails and the job had moved to boise. This was a severe waste of my time for all the 6 interviews u conducted knowing my compensation package. VEry very unprofessional. I honestly wish any senior executive reading this would consider and atleast teach the folks to respect candidates time and commitments.
