Like many others have said, the company "interviews" you through AI. Their terms and conditions mention that the data will be used to "further improve" their website, so I suspect they use it to train their model for free. After finishing the interview, the website required me to include very personal details, including a picture of my ID for no apparent reason. Major red flag if I've ever seen one.
