originally responded to a job posting on the MTA website for the rail car electrician position with a resume and was asked to sit for a exam which was 4 parts totaling 90 questions in 3 hours. upon passing that I allowed them to run a security background check on me which I passed and then sat for a face to face interview with 5 interviewees who asked me electrical, health&safety and personal questions.
