Met with recruiter for phone screen and then two one-on-one video interviews. I was up front with the recruiter and hiring manager of my salary expectations from day one (along with putting in writing on my application), but the offer was about $30k less than my low end. I wish they would have been up front about not being able to meet my salary requirement prior to the interviews.
