First I received two behavioral tests through email and after that was a phone interview. It all seemed well and the recruiter said that they’ll update me for the next steps. I gave them two weeks, sent a follow up email, and they ghosted me. They should be more professional and send a formal rejection email. Meritage needs to be considerate of everyone’s time.
