Interviewed by two upper management individuals. Interview was about 30 minutes long. Both took turns to ask you questions. They want to know your personality, your goals, why you left your former position, and why you want to work for Mercury.

The initial interview was a phone screening. The 2nd interview was on zoom . The interview process was quick and they were able to get back to me to same day to offer employment

Pretty easy. Normal questions about “name a time when..”. There were only 2 interviews. One of the interviews was over the phone. I heard back pretty quickly. I was notified that I was hired within a week of completing my last interview.
