Spoke over the phone to HR over the phone after applying online. Then met in person to speak to two managers. Was offered a position 3 weeks later. Did have to keep in constant contact with HR as I told them I needed to give my employer two weeks notice. They seems unorganized. I was only able to give my job 1.5 weeks notice since they told me late.
