I was phone screened by HR and then invited for an interview with the CEO. The interview was based on my experience and scenario based questions. The interview was more like a discussion rather than an interview. The CEO seemed very knowledgeable and knew the industry inside out. The reason I accepted this role was because of the CEO- I would aspire to work in an organisation that has such a strong leader and would leave by example.
