They use the STAR format —which is not fun to begin with. I’ve now learned that anyone that interviews this way is not a company I would want to work for. They ask so many questions and the way they word things is very confusing. I started my interview and they told me that the way the questions are asked can prove if your answer will be a lie or not. What a terrible way to start off an interview. They already assume you will lie to them. Great place let me tell you
