Had inition questionnaire screen via email, then met with the owner via zoom for a 30 minute interview. Typical questions regarding sales strategy and workflow. Felt like my experience would have been a fantastic fit and their properties would have been a great fit for my clients. Moved onto the next interview a few days later and then an in person interview which included an email exercise to determine my sales ability (was not told I would be participating in this exercise prior to getting to the interview.) without knowing much about the properties that I would be selling, I was expected to answer a series of inquiries as if I was already in the role. The feedback I received was positive and I even received an email that I would be hearing back from them soon, however, I never got another correspondence from them ever again even after several follow up emails to them. Not sure if this is typical of the company, but there were other reviewers who have had similar experiences.
