I was scheduled to have a phone interview after exchanging some emails with a recruiter. The phone interviewer never called, even after sending a calendar invite. I even verified my phone number and confirmation with the recruiter. Furthermore, I emailed the interviewer a full business day afterward (thinking maybe they got the day wrong- no worries- we're all human) but ultimately got ghosted. Don't waste your time interviewing here.
