First by phone, then in-person, the interview process was informal and organic. The goal seemed more focused on what things made me a happy person and motivated employee, rather than boxing me into the standard "tell us about a difficult situation and how you dealt with it," HR rigamarole.

It consisted of two 15-20 minute interviews, one with the Department Head and then, later on, one with HR. As expected, the Department Head interview took the most extended time and dove into your hard and soft skills.
