I was interviewed by the owner operator. She was intelligent and thorough. She had a vision of her restaurant and made it very clear to me. If I was to be apart of her vision I was expected to create and cook a whole new menu. I had the experience and years of menu creating to fit in with her vision. We both shared a passion for italian food.
