The human resource manager did an interview over the phone with me first and asked STAR (situation, task, action, result) questions then she decided she wanted me to come in for a second interview, in that interview I Interviewed with the CFO and Controller they basically just went over my job duties that I would be performing they didn't really ask me that many questions during the second interview besides what was my least favorite class in college and they asked me about my experience.
