They scheduled me at once for 6 or 7 interviews- each an hour long- over a two week span and then took months to get back to me and let me know they’d gone with someone else. If you are going to take up that much of someone’s time, they should be your top pick. You shouldn’t ask someone who you aren’t seriously considering to spend that much time interviewing.
