Entrevista
Due to COVID, all interview rounds were online (video call)
1. Email from hiring manager followed by video call with him + Sr. Principal Engineer
2. After few days, back to back 4 interviews with different people. (Before interview day, I was sent an email from Manager to prepare presentation on a vending machine design. So first call was with bunch of people for 1 hr who will later interview me to show my presentation)
3. Few days later HR called with offer

Entrevista
One round team/panel interview, two interviewer each panel. The last one is with manager. This is contract job and got offer in 2 days. I work from home from California for their team in Minnesota.

Entrevista
Screening call with HR, talk with engineers, take home coding test, talk with Director, wait for HR.
The interview process was fine, and I liked the people just fine, but this was for a remote position (1.5 hrs away), and the larger parent company implemented a back to office policy and never allowed HR to extend me an offer.
I felt like I wasted a good bit of time.
Also, the coding test was meant to be 2-4 hours, but could easily be more. I spent 4-6 hours on it to make a good impression. Felt a little burned by this. Would not recommend going the extra mile for a coding test.

Entrevista
Submitted resume and had screening call with recruiter. Recruiter followed up a few days after that manager was looking for a different skillset and they would not be proceeding. I felt the screening was very transparent (discussed salary range and benefits - no games). I am glad that they gave me a prompt and honest response.
