El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Medix (Dallas, TX) en may 2009
Entrevista
Someone contacted me as I had applied to the recruiter position through my college job board. I did a 30 minute phone screen and was then brought in for an initial interview at the company. I met/interviewed with the Sales Manager of the office and several other account managers and was then given the opportunity to shadow with a couple of different recruiters to get a good understanding of what they do on a day to day. After that, I was then brought back for a final interview where I met with the Sales Manager and the Account Manager that I would "potentially" be recruiting for. It was pretty intense and I was asked to do a mock role play during the interview. I was then extended an offer two days later.

What makes you different in comparison to the other college grads we've been interviewing?

The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

They asked me about my education goals and how they directly aligned with the medical sales recruiter role
A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.
Everyone was very nice and asked great questions to have me share my stories, accomplishments and challenges. Got to interact with lots of different people and meet different leaders. There are a few rounds of interviews to go through
