Entrevista
I was contacted by their corporate recruiter for a preliminary phone screening. That went well, then I was sent a Predictive Index survey via email. I was then invited in for an interview at the local office. I met with an Account Executive, an Account Manager, then the Branch Manager. All went great and I was invited for a half day. The half day consisted of more interviews with various employees, as well as shadowing a few of the recruiters. Everything seemed to go great and they told me that they would get back with me by the end of the week. They didn't. I called them and finally got a call from the corporate recruiter saying that they are moving forward with other candidates.

Come with plenty of questions for them. I had a total of 6 people interview me. Each one asked me if I had questions for them. You will be asked to talk about your background, why you want to work at Medix, etc. Pretty standard.

The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.
Everyone was very nice and asked great questions to have me share my stories, accomplishments and challenges. Got to interact with lots of different people and meet different leaders. There are a few rounds of interviews to go through
