Initially contacted by Medix recruiter (Kyle). Process took about 3 weeks total. I had several rounds of interviews, including finalist round, was told I would know about decision on a Monday. Despite several follow up messages, the recruiter never got back to me/ghosted me. During the interview process, the recruiter talked about the "young" team. Raised a red flag and age was again brought up by one of the interviewers. All around unprofessional and I question their ethics/DEI principles.
