I first had to have a few calls with the recruiter. After the recruiter determined that I was eligible, I had a phone interview with the manger of the location I was applying for. It went well, somewhat informal, and I was invited to a shadow day. The shadow day consisted of talking to the manager, again, for about an hour. This person wanted to get to know me more than anything else, which was nice. I then talked to some members of the team, followed by a "shadow." The shadow isn't really a shadow. You sit down next to each recruiter and they literally ask you the same questions and I felt like I was asking them the same questions...think speed dating. They need to collaborate more on this part of the interview process because it was not only annoying, but a bit disorganized. The other recruiters didn't really know what direction to take me. Everyone was nice and it seemed like a good environment. After, though, I knew that I probably would not take the position even if I was offered (one recruiter was a bit too honest). I also knew before going into the interview that this company is probably good at being fake (for lack of a better term) since most people on this platform were not offered a position.

The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

They asked me about my education goals and how they directly aligned with the medical sales recruiter role
A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.
Everyone was very nice and asked great questions to have me share my stories, accomplishments and challenges. Got to interact with lots of different people and meet different leaders. There are a few rounds of interviews to go through
