The hiring process consisted of a phone screening, followed by an in-person interview, a shadow day, and a phone interview with the regional hiring manager. Everyone seemed really nice and passionate about their work, and I was hopeful about the possibility of receiving an offer. I was ultimately not selected after having gone through the whole process, and decided to ask for some feedback or tips about how I can make my job search more successful (as I am graduating college and trying to establish myself as a young professional). About a month after reaching out to the recruiter (who usually responded within hours), I received the same generic "thank you for your interest" email again. This company had me fooled during the interview process, but after this experience, I am glad I was not offered a position, seeing as they are not as people-centered as they claim to be; they have their reputation for a reason.
