Standard process. First was phone screen by HR, then phone screen by two engineers and final interview was with hiring manager. Average interview questions nothing too difficult. Didn't get the offer because hiring manager thinks that I came from small environment and was not able to support his 3500 servers environment. Never overlook people with skills and experiences.
