I applied online, received a phone interview with an HR within one week, then one video interview with the team manager in 2 weeks. There were no digital assessments in this recruiting process.

They only asked me a single question concerning my practical school experience, no competency questions were asked. They didn't get back to me after a month and two weeks and that was only after I reached out. Laid a complaint via LinkedIn to which to which the HR department treated me with utter disrespect. They forgot about my appointment, gave me the most condenscending reasoning to their interview processes and only "apologised" right after.
