There were a total of 5 rounds that I had to go through for the interview process. The first two were telephonic. One with the HR which was more of a call to understand me, my intent to join etc. The second was a bit more technical with a Design Manager who gauged my overall understanding of design. The third round was a test where I had to redesign the booking flow for booking a multi-journey train ticket. This was evaluated and a further Skype call was arranged to assess my test and I was further grilled on why I made the choices that I had made. I think this round was to determine whether I was a visually oriented designers or a more functionally oriented designer. The last two rounds were face-to-face interviews. One with the Designer Manager and Senior designers and the last one was a face-to face with the HR.
