Two rounds of phone interviews. The first was generic and answered general questions, and the second was more detailed and job specific. The timeline was very quick and communication was good throughout the entire process.

I did a telephone interview. They ask you questions about your application and give an exam-like line of questions about basic current events. A basic knowledge of conservative politics and current political knowledge should provide you enough to get through it.
