Met with a staffing agency where I had to take a Microsoft/typing test. I interviewed in the main building. I went to the second floor and filled out some paperwork then met with the Manager and a Team Lead. They explained the company to me and the teams that are currently recruiting and then the team lead asked me a few questions. They were really nice and it was a pleasant experience. I got a call a couple of hours later with a job offer.

It was a two part interview. First part was done through a recruiter. I went through Pathfinders. The second was with two team leaders. They asked basic questions. It was a fairly easy interview. As long as you're confident you will get the job.
