The process was well done: short and direct. It was a good experience, I was kept up to date and didn’t have to wait long to hear back. All the people I have met were very nice and professional. The first phone screening was with HR and went smoothly. We talked about my experience and background, why this role, the company, salary expectation ecc. Than an online assessment. The second round was a competency-based interview via Skype with the Manager and the last step was a comfortable face-to-face interview in the office with HR and the Managing Director. I received an offer the same day.
