The interview process was quite rigidly structured, involving several steps and interactions with multiple employees. It also included roleplays, business case presentations, and multiple reference checks. However, after all of this which took months, despite receiving positive feedback and expressing a willingness to meet in person to finalize the process, they inexplicably disappeared. Initially, they attributed this to internal delays, but later on, they stopped responding to emails altogether.
