Fairly simple process. one phone screening and a super day with 4 employees ranging from trainee to director. Mostly behavioral but some situational business questions to assess business competency and understanding. Very friendly interviewers and supporting HR staff to guide me through the process. Received an offer, but declined.

The first round was a 45 minute phone call that asked only questions about resume and behavioral questions. You don't really get to know the interviewer and it is rather robotic.

3 interviews prior to being flown out to the campus. On-campus interview consists of 4 interviews, 2 "informal" and 2 "formal". Also included a project overview where you have the opportunity to ask questions.

1. One 30 minute screening interview with a recruiter 2. An optional current employee informational interview 3. Three one-hour interviews from the morning to the early afternoon with fifteen minute breaks in between. The last interviewer was thirty minutes late.
