Interview process was pretty straightforward. questions were easy. There were 2 stages in the interview process. First with HR then manager. I didnt get the offer but still good interview experince

Interviewers have 5- 6 question list which they ask you mostly behavioral . But the HR is worst and so are hiring managers . They do not know what they are recruiting for. HR keeps saying you look promising and then waste your time with 6 -7 interviews. After which they will ask about your visa status and reject you. I hope before wasting time of interviewee the HR does due diligence and Hiring Managers know what they are hiring for.

It was straightforward. The VP and her colleague asked me about how to proceed with decommissioning a platform. Scenario type questions where you are to respond with a solution. I was asked if I was bilingual and I was also asked if I had any relevant experience with finance.

Many rounds of interviews with a variety of leaders within your department and team. Personality and charisma are huge at McKesson, so they are looking at the person as well as the experiences and education of the applicants. If you are a good fit for the company culture, it’s highly likely you will be granted interviews. Takes a while to get through the hiring process and receive an offer.
