I made it through four interviews and was completely ghosted. Terrible experience. It was drawn out over two months where the meeting was always pre-scheduled when they sent the invite- and in the middle of the day. I had to take off work several times, and all to never receive any feedback. HR schedules your interviews with random people in the company in your area- for me, sales. They say this is to have equitable feedback for HR, but it caused so much headache. I didn’t know who to ask questions to the entire process because I didn’t meet anyone who would have ideally been my supervisor in all four interviews… I was told to wait to hear back for a while. Then an email would say I have an interview in two days. I emailed finally after six weeks of nothing to see where they were, and only was told decisions were being made that week. I assumed because I didn’t hear anything that week or the following that I didn’t make it which was disheartening because it would have been nice to have feedback.
