I first spoke with a recruiter and then in a few days was scheduled with the Director. The recruiter didn't know a lot about the job or the tools used, he knew there would be travel but wasn't clear where the travel was. The Director did a web interview since he was traveling. The Director was laid back and made me feel at ease answering his questions.
