In person interview on Campus then in person interview on MAXIMUS campus. 3 interviews in a row. It was exhausting. They have bad communication, don't let you know anything until the last minute.

The first round interview was entirely fit and behavioral based as the interviewer asked questions about how you reacted or handled a certain type of situation in the past. There are no scenario questions but they instead ask you questions about things you have done in the past such as how you had to convince others to adopt your viewpoint, etc. The interview was pretty relaxed in atmosphere and the turnaround time for a second round interview is about a week.
