First I've been contacted by a HR via Linkedin DM, He assigned me a design task. The design task was to redesign a two main pages of a site called internshala for all Web/Tablet and Mobile interfaces. And I was asked to prepare a customer presentation. It took around 60 hours to complete the task. My design got selected. The second step was a design interview. This was my first Design interview. The interviewer asked me several questions and he asked my to present my project to him. The interview experience was great. Then came the radio silence. I tried contacting the HR via Linkedin DMs and Phone calls. There were no response. All I was expecting a simple yes or no answer. I even tried asking him whether the position has been closed. For months, his response was "under processing" . I've dedicated 60+ hours for this interview process. The least the HR could do is responding with a valid reply.
