Phone interview. Advanced prepared S.T.A.R. stories helped with the jitters. I felt they created a relaxed atmosphere. The follow up questions were good. I could tell they were listening to me and are organized. I intentionally took my time to reflect on my answers. Simultaneously, evaluating them as an employer. I did NOT feel rushed. My responses intentionally included my sense of humor I use to deal with stress. This approach may not be a “culture fit” for more conservative workplaces.
