Disgraceful interview process.
I was first asked to write a 5-page assessment on a country of their choice. I had to research and analyze the situation there using multiple sources and was only given a short amount of time to do so.
After that, I was invited to an interview where I was asked a few typical questions. After the interview, I was asked to prepare a PowerPoint presentation on a subject of my choice and to present it after a half hour.
After giving the presentation, I was asked questions about it and I had to answer to the best of my ability. The questions were purposely absurd to see how I would handle them.
Just as I was about to leave I was asked to send my interviewer a few references and was told they would be in touch the following week.
I sent the references on the following morning (after speaking to all of my references and informing them that someone may call them).
That was it. I never heard from them again. After so much effort they didn't have the decency to send a rejection email.
Awful people, terrible company... And all for a lame job that pays 35 shekels an hour.
Do not recommend!
Four stage interview including HR. One take home assignment that didn't take up too much of your time. Interviewers were respectful and straight to the point; genuinely interested in determining whether you're a good fit for the company.

Entrevista
The interview was very interesting and took around an hour for the whole conversation. The questions were very professional as well as tricky but the interviewers were very humble and knowledgeable and they made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
