Very casual. I was asked about my previous retail experience and future plans. The typical interview questions were followed up with scenario based questions like what I would do if a customer was unhappy with our selection. At the time, e-commerce was really taking off, so they wanted to know if I was capable of integrating that into everyday interactions.

Was very quick and questions were not difficult great for an entry level management job. Focused on basic leadership skills and customer service. You will have 2 interviews minimum starting with the general manager then the district manager.
Pretty simple. Brief conversation with store lead about past experience and current role expectations. Very laid back company and demands. Conversation did happen in person at the retail store itself in their back room.
