It was many years ago but I remember it being pretty standard for the job title. It wasn't all that hard if you have any retail experience. If you don't, don't worry. Everyone who works at Maurices is honestly very nice and has a way of making you feel comfortable.

They just ask you scenario questions. How you handled difficult customers or co-workers in the past. Some ask you to go onto the sales floor and pick and outfit to "sell."

Entrevista
In the back room, no styling a mannequin as seen sometimes, pretty average but some confusing questions, questions about experience, scheduling, pay, skills, how to resolve conflicts, your relationships with customers or coworkers , accomplishments, etc.
Interview was good. Basic questions. A couple questions about style like what is my favorite fashion trend at the moment. Overall an average interview. Other questions were about customer service.
In person interview ~40 min, was an average interview with normal questions. Got an offer the day of through a phone call later that day. Overall average interview process, start with phone call and ended with offer over the phone.
