The interview with in any position really focuses on getting to know the person as a person more so than the strict typical interview questions. There is of course some of those involved, normally based off specific scenarios or events you have personally had.

I had I met with a manager who then put me in contact with her DL. It was a long process to get the call of a job offer and by that time I had already assumed they were not interested it was a waste of my time, since they did not respect responding in an fast manner.

For the Store Leader position the interviewed with the District Leader. Questions were based on understanding of metrics within retail along with situational based questions. District Leader wanted to know my leadership style as well.
