A manager and a 1st assistant manager spoke to me at a job fair, and convinced me to apply. Knowing that I am a full-time student and already have (and hope to keep) a part time job somewhere else, they assured me that they would work with me. I got an interview days after submitting my application, and was told not to expect a call for about a week. I was offered the job the very next day!

In the back room, no styling a mannequin as seen sometimes, pretty average but some confusing questions, questions about experience, scheduling, pay, skills, how to resolve conflicts, your relationships with customers or coworkers , accomplishments, etc.
Interview was good. Basic questions. A couple questions about style like what is my favorite fashion trend at the moment. Overall an average interview. Other questions were about customer service.
In person interview ~40 min, was an average interview with normal questions. Got an offer the day of through a phone call later that day. Overall average interview process, start with phone call and ended with offer over the phone.
