Spoke on the phone with hiring manager and then went in for an interview a week later. You sit down with a group of managers and they talk to you about the position and what your responsibilities would be. Then they ask you questions about yourself and questions about different scenarios. Afterward, you are given the chance to ask the managers questions about the job. Once this process is over, you are given a tour of one of the facilities. This concludes the interview and then it's just a matter of waiting to hear back from them.
