I applied online and was called in for an interview in a week. The Interview Process was pretty straight forward with standard questions like walk me through your resume.. the interview went well and the CEO apparently "liked" me and said he'll let me know within a week or 2 whether i got another interview..however after following up multiple times there was no response whatsoever. Its common courtesy to let the candidate know whether they got the job or not..so I was pretty disappointed.
