I saw the job advertised on Linkedin and it really appealed to me so i made the extra effort, researched the company and the CEO I would be supporting and reached out to him privately. within a few days i had a phone interview that was scheduled for an hour but we ended up hitting it off and talking for 2 hours. we learned a lot from eachother. I was invited in to meet Anwar face to face as well as some of the team - all went well. I went away with a view to catch up the following day with a list of KPIs -this was discussed and an offer was made.
