Very professional and structured. HR Recruiter through Aeon Hewitt- phone interview, personality tests, competency test. Panel Interview before going to the GM of the hotel for final interview. Process was long, however communication between the recruiter and myself was consistent through-out the process. Not much room for negotiation when it comes to offer stage. Other outside applicants i have encountered in the company has experienced a "take-it or leave-it" offer stage.

I applied online. Was then sent an online assessment to complete. Then had a STAR based phone interview with a third party recruiting agency. No word at all after 2 weeks.

Too structured; needs to give candidates flexibility for responses. The interview panel was friendly though. Too much writing, sometimes felt there was no connection. However when they finally stopped taking notes, they looked more relaxed

After apply online, i had a phone interview with the recruiter. Then follow up with the in person interview. I had a total three interviews with three different leaders at the property. The process took almost a month.
